This premium 3 x 4.5 m pop-up event tent combines a strong 40 mm aluminium frame with a full-colour printed, waterproof canopy with sealed seams. Choose an open setup or a complete set with three printed walls.

What is included in the open tent set?

What is included with the wall setup?
The complete set also includes 3 full-height walls with single-sided full-colour print.
Can I order extra walls?
Yes. Select full-height or half-height printed panels for a 3 m side in the configurator. For a 4.5 m or 6 m rear wall, mention the required size in the comments; we will confirm the matching part before production.
Are ballast weights available?
Yes. Choose 2 or 4 steel plates of 5 kg each per tent. The correct setup still depends on the surface and weather conditions.
How long does production take?
The tent is normally ready for dispatch approximately 4 working days after correct artwork approval. Allow around 5-7 working days for delivery.
Can Promo Vista help with the artwork?
Yes. A design check and digital proof are included. Design creation or adjustment is free for this product because the order value is above EUR 200 excl. VAT.
How does ordering work?
- Choose your version and quantity and check out. Prices are excl. VAT and include shipping.
- Upload your logo or design while ordering. No design yet? Choose ‘Have your design created or adjusted’ and describe what you need; you can email logos and examples afterwards, quoting your order number.
- As soon as your order is paid (or the deposit is paid), we check your design for free and send you a digital proof within 1 working day.
- Approve the proof with the button in the email, or ask for changes.
- After your approval we produce and ship your order with tracking. Delivery time counts from your approval.
What is the delivery time? Can I count on a date?
Delivery time counts from your proof approval; the expected delivery date is shown with the product. Made-to-order products and large series take several weeks. Need it for an event or opening on a fixed date? Email us before ordering and we’ll check whether it’s feasible.
Which file should I supply?
Preferably a vector file: AI, EPS, SVG or vector PDF. A high-resolution PNG also works. Have Pantone or CMYK codes or a brand guide? Send them along. If your file isn’t suitable, our designer will let you know.
I don’t have a design yet. Can you make it?
Yes. Choose ‘Have your design created or adjusted’ when ordering and describe what you want. Our designer turns it into print-ready artwork. Cost €75, free with a product total of €200 or more excl. VAT. The artwork check is always free.
Will I see a proof first?
Yes. Within 1 working day you receive a digital proof by email: a print-ready PDF and a mock-up, showing both sides for double-sided products. Give feedback via the link. We only produce after your approval.

What does shipping cost and where do you deliver?
Shipping is included in the price. We usually deliver throughout the EU; this can differ per product. At checkout you’ll see whether we deliver to your country. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order is on its way. Different delivery address, such as an event venue? Enter it at checkout.
How do VAT and invoicing work?
All prices are excl. VAT; for the Netherlands we charge 21% VAT. A business in another EU country? Enter your valid VAT number at checkout and you pay 0% VAT (reverse charge). You receive the invoice by email as a PDF.
Can I order large quantities or custom work?
Yes. The more you order, the lower the unit price (see the price tiers). For larger quantities, other sizes or your own product idea, request a quote.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can request changes to your design until you approve the proof. Because every product is printed specifically for you, cancellations and returns are not possible. Only if your design is technically impossible to print on the product will the order be cancelled.
How can I pay?
At checkout you pay with iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay or PayPal, or choose payment by invoice via bank transfer. Ordering via a quote? You pay via the payment link or by bank transfer. We start on your design once your order (or deposit) is paid.
Will the colours match my brand exactly?
Send your Pantone or CMYK codes and we’ll match the print to them. Colours on screen can differ slightly from printed colours.
