1. Returns & Exchanges
- Customized Products – Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales on custom-branded items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
- Non-Custom Products – Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
- If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receipt.
- We will replace defective items free of charge to ensure 100% quality satisfaction.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are only issued for defective products if a replacement is not possible.
- If eligible, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
4. How to Request a Return or Replacement

- Order number
- Photos of the defective product and its packaging
- A brief description of the issue
