Production times vary depending on the product type. Once production is complete, your order is shipped using the method communicated on the product page or in your custom quote.

• ✈️ Air Freight: approx. 1-2 weeks (faster option for larger shipments).

• 🚀 DHL Express: 3–5 business days (used only for samples or small/lightweight items due to cost).

Your total delivery time (production + shipping) is always shown on the product page or included in your custom quote.

2. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are already included in all prices displayed on our website and in our offers.

• There are no additional shipping fees at checkout.

3. Tracking & Delivery

• A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

• International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the recipient’s responsibility.
